Our Service Programs

Flexible service tiers to match your operational criticality and budget requirements.

Installation & Commissioning

Our factory-trained engineers manage end-to-end installation including mechanical fit-up, refrigerant charging, VFD parameter tuning, BMS integration, and performance verification. Each commissioning concludes with a documented baseline of operating parameters including superheat, subcooling, oil temperature, and vibration levels.

Preventive Maintenance Plans

Quarterly or semi-annual inspections covering compressor oil analysis, refrigerant charge verification, condenser and evaporator cleaning, control calibration, and electrical connection torque checks. Our data-driven approach uses trending from IoT sensors to shift from calendar-based to condition-based maintenance scheduling.

Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics

Cloud-connected systems feed real-time data to our operations center. AI algorithms flag anomalies in compressor discharge temperature, approach temperature drift, and refrigerant charge loss before they escalate into failures. Remote firmware updates keep your controls running the latest optimization algorithms.

Emergency Repair & Parts

24/7 emergency dispatch with guaranteed 4-hour response for critical applications. Global parts distribution centers stock compressors, expansion valves, VFD boards, and sensors with 48-hour delivery to most regions. Temporary rental units available for extended repair scenarios.

Service Questions

For clients on our Premium or Critical service tiers, we guarantee a 4-hour on-site response within covered metro areas. Remote diagnostics often begin within 30 minutes of a service request, allowing our technicians to arrive with the correct parts and tools for the identified fault.

A standard PM visit covers compressor oil sampling and lab analysis, refrigerant charge measurement, condenser coil cleaning, evaporator inspection, electrical connection torque verification, control system firmware check, safety device testing, and a comprehensive performance log documenting current COP, superheat, subcooling, and approach temperature readings.

Our service engineers are trained on multi-brand platforms and can perform maintenance and repair on most major chiller, compressor, and heat pump brands. For facilities with mixed fleets, we offer consolidated service agreements that cover all thermal equipment under a single contract for simplified vendor management.

How We Verify System Performance

Every commissioning and service visit follows a documented verification protocol.

Commissioning Verification

Performance measured per AHRI Standard 550/590 conditions. We record leaving chilled water temperature, entering condenser water temperature, compressor power draw, and calculate real-time COP. Results compared against factory test data shipped with each unit.

Free Sample Testing Program

For new customers evaluating our compressor or controls technology, we offer a 90-day trial deployment program. An application engineer installs the evaluation unit, configures monitoring, and provides weekly performance reports comparing measured vs. quoted specifications.

Ongoing Performance Audits

Service agreement clients receive annual energy performance audits comparing current COP degradation trends against the ASHRAE 90.1-2022 baseline. Audit reports include measured data, recommended maintenance actions, and projected energy savings from proposed upgrades.

Protect Your Investment With a Service Agreement

Our flexible plans range from basic annual inspections to full-coverage 24/7 agreements with guaranteed response times.
